The Story of The Doll - The Heart of Our Haunted Collection

Among the most chilling and fascinating items in the Outback Ghost Hunters Panic Room is The Doll - a deeply haunted figure and the heart and soul of our collection.

Created in the 1980s by three white witches, this particular doll was their display piece - the most significant among them. Its history, however, is as dark as it is disturbing. The original owner of the doll suffered a horrific tragedy when her husband and son were murdered, forced to dig their own graves before their lives were taken.

After the owner's passing in later years, the doll was entrusted to her close friend, who, sensing its ominous energy, kept it stored away and out of sight. Eventually, The Doll found its way to us, acquired from the family of that second owner.

Interestingly, The Doll has never been given a name - and perhaps for good reason. It has accompanied us on numerous investigations, consistently linked to significant and often unsettling paranormal outcomes.  But be warned: joking or disrespecting The Doll has been known to provoke real and serious consequences - a lesson some of our team have learned the hard way.

Today, The Doll is in the care of our Caretaker, who has prepared a special resting place for him within the Panic Room - no longer confined to a sealed box.  Visitors are welcome to see him, experience the palpable energy he radiates, and perhaps witness the mood, faces, and atmosphere shift in his presence.
